Congratulations to Josie Ehlbeck on Her Promotion to Project Manager!

Category: Company News, Team Spotlights

We are thrilled to announce that Josie Ehlbeck has been promoted from Associate Project Manager to Project Manager within our Analytical Services Division, a well-earned step forward that also happens to coincide with her one-year anniversary with the firm.

In just twelve months, Josie has become a trusted presence within the Division, known for her attention to detail, her steady hand with clients, and her ability to keep complex projects moving without losing sight of the people behind them. Her promotion reflects not only her individual growth, but the impact she’s had on the team around her.

Josie Ehlbeck, Project Manager, Analytical Services Division

A Force Multiplier for the Division

Meggen, Josie’s direct supervisor, had this to say about her promotion:

“From her very first day, Josie has proven to be a great asset to the Analytical Division. She eagerly embraces every new challenge that comes her way. This promotion highlights her remarkable tenacity as well as her skill at calmly managing multiple clients and projects at once.”

What Drew Josie to Eduwhere & Keika

We asked Josie to reflect on her first year and what she’s most looking forward to in her new role:

“I have been fortunate to work with such a wonderful team at Keika over the past year. I’m grateful to be part of a company that is helping create cleaner air, cleaner water, and healthier communities around the world.”

That mission — helping clients around the world, wherever they’re located, in their pursuit of a clean environment, healthy people, and reliable products — is exactly what we hope every member of our team carries with them. Josie embodies it, and we’re excited to see where she takes it next.

Getting to Know Josie

Outside the office, Josie brings the same dedication to everything she takes on. She’s an Army wife, married to an officer stationed at Fort Bragg — a partnership that has its own demands of flexibility and resilience, qualities that carry right over into her work with us.

She also volunteers her time tutoring high school students in chemistry, sharing her love of the subject with the next generation. And when she’s not at work or in the classroom, you’ll likely find her running or swimming — she’s currently in training for the Chicago Marathon.

Please join us in congratulating Josie on this well-deserved promotion!

Warm Regards,

Team Keika | Eduwhere
